Introducing the new bose® access program

At Bose, we strongly believe in supporting biomedical innovation and education. We want to ensure that researchers and future researchers who could benefit from our technology have access to it. That’s why we’ve introduced the Bose Access program. The versatile Bose 5500 test instrument is part of this global initiative and is being offered at a new, affordable price.

The 5500 test instrument provides characterization and stimulation capabilities for a variety of biomaterials, tissue samples, and medical devices. As part of the Bose Access offering, the 5500 system is packaged with Wintest®7 software, a load cell, and installation and training for customers, all for less than €20,000.

The Bose Access package is well-suited for a variety of applications, including biomaterial and tissue characterization, simulation of physiologic loading to stimulate cell response, understanding viscoelastic material behavior, in vitro testing of pharmaceuticals, and medical device testing.

The Bose ElectroForce® proprietary zero-friction motor is an integral part of the 5500 test instrument, and this technology provides exceptional performance, simplicity, and efficiency for sterile and non-sterile applications. Additionally, this system is compact, easily fitting within a cell culture incubator. We offer a wide range of accessories, including a 24-well compressive loading fixture, digital video extensometer, specialized grips and platens, and much more to fit your research needs.

Bose Access is enhanced by our commitment to Above and Beyond™ support, which provides customers with application expertise, unlimited technical phone support, and the only 10-year motor warranty in the industry. Find out more about this exciting program by visiting bose-electroforce.com/access.
