Low-coherence polychromatic speckles pattern generated by illuminating a non-polished stent surface with a white LED source, due to random interference. The picture was taken through a Canon EOS 6D, a 20.2-megapixel CMOS digital reflex camera, equipped with a fixed-focus macro lens (Canon MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1-5x).
