Stephan M. Perren Award – Letter to the Editor

We suggest the applicants for the Stephan M. Perren Award, to include the following text in their letter to the Editor:

“This work is being submitted to the biennial Stephan M. Perren Research Award, sponsored by the AO Foundation, Davos, Switzerland, and handled by the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB). Should our study be accepted for publication in [JOURNAL NAME] and be selected as a winner for the Stephan M. Perren Award by the ESB Award Committee, the final article shall explicitly mention “Stephan M. Perren Award Paper”, along the title of the study. It will be further promoted internationally by both the European Society of Biomechanics and the AO Foundation. The members of the Council of the European Society of Biomechanics who do not present any conflict of interest offer themselves to serve the journal as independent Reviewers for the present manuscript. Accordingly, the Authors provide the Editorial Board with the names and contact of these potential reviewers.”
