Call for Huiskes Medal for Biomechanics nominations

The Huiskes Medal for Biomechanics is an Award launched in 2012 by the ESB in honour of the lifetime service that Prof. Huiskes gave to biomechanics as a whole, and to the ESB in particular. This award will be given every two years in the ESB congress, to a senior researcher who has contributed significantly to biomechanics throughout his/her career.

Candidate nominations for consideration for the Huiskes Medal for Biomechanics should be submitted electronically to the Chairman of the ESB Awards Committee by at least two ESB members. The next round of nominations for this award will be in time for the ESB-2015 Congress in Prague. Deadline for receipt of the nominations is October 31st, 2014.

More details here.
